ABOUT THE PROJECT
The hospitality sector—especially pubs—faces an exceptionally high turnover rate. This constant churn forces these venues to rely on informal networks like Facebook and WhatsApp groups to fill one-off shifts. Unfortunately, this approach offers little assurance that an employee will show up, verifies their claims, or provides a transparent record of their work history. Simultaneously, job seekers struggle to access clear pay information and consistent opportunities due to these fragmented recruiting methods.

We developed a dynamic platform designed specifically for the hospitality industry. Our solution empowers pub staff to easily find job opportunities and share reviews of their experiences, while giving pubs the tools to vet candidates through verified employment histories and performance feedback. This dual-sided approach creates a reliable ecosystem where both employers and employees can make informed decisions, streamlining the recruitment process significantly.

THE IMPACT
In just the first month post-launch, our platform organically attracted over 3000 job seekers and facilitated around 600 job applications—all without a single penny spent on advertising. These early results validate our innovative approach, demonstrating a clear market demand for a streamlined and transparent recruitment solution in the hospitality industry.
